How many tailed-beasts are there jn Naruto and Naruto shippuden?
I don't think so because in Japanese legends foxes could have up to nine tails, the more tales the wiser and older the fox was, so i doubt a ten tailed beast was created. I haven't finished watchng Naruto so I might be wrong.

No, Naruto does not die. If you dont want the season to be spoiled dont read on: Naruto dies in the last episode along with sasuke. Naruto kills sasuke and while he is dragging his body to the simitary naruto falls down dead.

Naruto mastered rasengan in a week when it took the Minato (naruto's dad) three years, but Naruto has the nine tailed fox chakra that helps him heal fast and gives him more chakra and that's the reason he learned it so fast. It is also shown in manga that Minato was able to beat Madara, but not the nine tailed fox. If you can beat Madara you can beat naruto.
