Naruto never gets all nine tails but...
If you're referring to the point where Kakashi has to put the small seal, given to him by Master Jiraiya, on his forehead, then that would be somewhere in the "Rescue Gaara" arc. It is episode thirty exactly . Naruto doesn't turn 5 tails but 4 tails, 6 tails, and 8 tails. I think the 6 and 8 tails appear in the manga.

∙ 14y agohe turns into 6 tails then skips to 8tails when he fights pain "nagato" because when hinata tryed to save naruto from being captured she also admitted she loved naruto and as she did that pain dealt a massive blow to he and greatly angerd naruto and triggerd the 6-8 tails and would have went into his final 9 tails full biju mode but chakra implanted from his father was triggerd to stop him (so he had a talk with his dad and realized who he was son of a hokage and what not) and he could not release the full power of the nine tails but i do believe he has a bit more control over it now because he can now use the powers of the nine tails with his sage mode.

Turns 4 tails against Orochimaru in Shippudden episode 39-42.
Turns 6 tails and 8 tails against Pain (Only in Manga, Anime not released).
