Ron Weasley gave Harry Potter the following birthday presents:
- Thirteenth - A Pocket Sneakoscope
- Fourteenth - A birthday cake
- Fifteenth - Box of Honeydukes chocolate
- Seventeeth - A copy of the book Twelve Fail-Safe Ways to Charm Witches.
Note that it is likely Ron gave Harry a present every year, even if it wasn't mentioned in the book.

They died on the 31st of October, year 1981. They died a year after Harry was born. So Harry Potter was born in 1980. If we were an actual person and not a fictional character he would be 29 this year.
