In his article, Alice on the Stage, Lewis Carroll describes Alice as "Loving, first, loving and gentle: loving as a dog (forgive the prosaic simile, but I know no earthly love so pure and perfect), and gentle as a fawn: then courteous--courteous to all, high or low, grand or grotesque, King or Caterpillar, even as though she were herself a King's daughter, and her clothing of wrought gold: then trustful, ready to accept the wildest impossibilities with all that utter trust that only dreamers know; and lastly, curious--wildly curious, and with the eager enjoyment of Life that comes only in the happy hours of childhood, when all is new and fair, and when Sin and Sorrow are but names--empty words signifying nothing!"
Alice was a good person and she had a very nice personality in the movie!!!!
In the original book and most adaptations, Alice has no occupation as she is only a child.
In Tim Burton's version, she starts out as a young lady with no occupation or prospects other than marriage, but at the end decides to travel to China to further her late father's business interests there.
It's not made clear what her hobbies are- the story begins when she enters Wonderland after being left on her own in her room one wet afternoon, and during her time there she has no opportunities to persue hobbies since it's all such a bizarre, surreal world, her hobbies are the last thing on her mind.
But the story begins with her reading, and ends up finding herself cuddling her pet kitten which she at first takes to be the shrinking Red Queen, so it's safe to conclude that she likes reading and animals.

I don't know what edition of the story you have read but I'm afraid your summary of Alice In Wonderland is very inaccurate. Alice and her sister are outdoors on a hot Summer afternoon. The story ends by revealing she had dozed off, and her subterranean adventures were all a dream from which she wakes when the Red Queen's courtiers mob her - to find the animated playing-cards were really just tree-leaves falling onto her face. No being alone, no wet weather, no kitten.
I have not read Alice Through The Looking Glass so can't comment on that, but the question was on the first, Wonderland, story.
