Stephanie Meyer addressed this question once: it can be found on one of the Q&As she did with the Twilight Lexicon forum.
As per Stephanie, Edward would be a little uncomfortable, but would never say anything because he is too much of a gentlemen. That was all that was given on the subject.

∙ 15y agoHe goes into shock and he is kneeling on the floor by her open suitcase. Bella is talking to Alice then Carlisle on the phone, then Carlisle asks for Edward. Bella hands Edward the phone, and he speaks into it, with Bella also in shock of him since she is surprised he is actually able to talk!

Because Jacob imprinted on Renesmee and they are meant to be together then yes they most likely will get married even though it doesn't say that they are getting married in the book. Once she is full grown (age 7) Jacob and Renesmee will probably get married.

So when she's having the baby Jacob tries to keep her heart pumping and Edward puts his venom into her heart and spreads it in her body to save her.
