There is a lot of pressure on celebrities, especially young celebrities, and some of them might make some mistakes. I cannot say with certainty that Justin Bieber has never tried smoking, but it's unlikely that he smokes on a regular basis; and if by some chance he did start smoking, his management would want him to stop because it's bad for his health and it's bad for his image.

Sad to say, there are some celebrities who smoke, but because society today is very anti-smoking, I doubt you would see most of these celebrities smoking in public. That said, there are a lot of rumors all over the internet about Justin Bieber, and the majority of them are not true, so I wouldn't worry about it!
