Yes madara uchiha is still alive.He is one of the akatsuki member.he goes by the name of Tobi and later in the show it is know that Tobi posses a sharingan which only belongs to members of the uchiha clan.Madara fought the first hokage and hes still alive because he posses the immortal sharingan!

∙ 12y agomadara uchia is alive and really is in charge of the itatski clan. we all know that madara, itachi, and sasuke are brothers and i think sasuke is going to kill them both. and if you wanna know whos the strogest in shippuden heres a list:
Madara uchia
Itachi uchia
sasuke uchia
orochimaru

might guy

kakashi
Neji
Kabuto
rock lee
and so on and so. but seriously madara uchia is controlling the atatski clan so yes madara is alive until sasuke kills him and itachi at the end of the shippuden series. sasuke also kills orochimaru and kabuto.
