David is healthy. They had a shortage of writers and other personnel and actors on set do to an outbreak of the flu. Hart Hanson put in Twitter 'damn Swine Flu..' and it got all blown out of proportion, first David was sick then David was dying. Hart said himself on one of their panels that he has learned his lesson and now knows to be careful of what he writes.

David has admitted that he has had an affair in 2009, which personally I think took a lot of gutts to do. He and his wife Jaime live happily in LA with their darling children. David admitted this after having discussed it with Jaime, he came out with it because the woman who he had the affair with tried to black male him.

David is a down to earth guy and a great one at that. He now is concentrating on his marriage and his family.
