you can only use cheat codes for psp for svr09 go to some site an it will show lyk psp cheats and you can play as him but for other systems you cant.

∙ 12y agoIn the verisons 2007 and 2009, you can not unlock Hulk Hogan. But, in the verison 2010 you can unlock him. In this verison of 2010, you unlock him by using the code HulkAMania SvR10.
