You can buy one at the Pokemon-a-thon on some days. You also get one when you return a little girl to her grandpa at S.S. Anne. I have also heard that some Steel type Pokemon can hold it when you catch them sometimes.

∙ 13y agowell you can it i believe on Friday's? at the pokethalon center prize area or after you beat the jonto elite 4 you have to go on a ship to kanto and after you beat get the man his girl back he will give you a metal coat
