Frodo left the Shire and went to the Undying Lands where he lived with the elves and doesn't die.

Frodo sailed to the Undying Lands to live out the rest of his days in the pure beauty of Valinor. It was not within the authority of the Valar to grant immortality to any being not created so. Tuor was the sole exception to this role.

No, they could not give him more life. He went to Valinor to be taken care of and to find rest. There was a story called Frodo's Dreme(sp) where he was mostly lonely in Valinor and died unhappy. It was a dream he had before he went and wrote it in the Red book of Westmarch.

No, Frodo does not die. He ends up sailing to the Undying Lands with Gandalf, Galadriel, Celeborn, and Bilbo on a ship, leaving Merry and Pippin and Sam.

The 'undying lands' were given that name by the Men of Middle-earth because of the Elves and others who live there. The Elves are undying regardless of where they are as long as they do not get pierced by arrows or swords, etc. Possession of the One Ring lengthens one's lifespan, but Frodo will die eventually. Tolkien never says when or how Frodo dies though it is certain he will die, likely of old age.

At the end of the first movie of The Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring, he rushes to help Merry and Pippin when they were being attacked by orcs. He then blows the horn of Gondor and one orc with a bow and arrow shoots him. Boromir is still ok, he falls gets up and kills more orcs then he gets shot again. He is still fine, he falls gets up and kills more orcs then gets shot for the third time. After this, he gets up and still kills orcs and falls then the orc with the bow gets really close to Boromir. Boromir, on his knees, stared as the orc loaded his bow, and Merry and Pippin freak out. Aragorn hears the horn and kills the orc but it was to late Boromir died shortly after.

All of this can be speculated in the books, but it happens at the beginning of the second book.

He was shot by orc arrows. This happens right at the end of The Fellowship of the Ring film but at the beginning of The Two Towers book.

No.

Bilbo Baggins did not die; he, Frodo and the rest of the Ring-bearers went with the elves into the Undying-Lands. Undying = does not die.
