not that i know of . in the book she doesn't get pregnant but then again the book is way different than the show so who knows . everyone almost at season 2 because its on a break but nothing so far on aria getting pregnant ,its not likely that it would happen.
Although it could happen because Aria and Ezra are going to sleep with each other soon probably, it would be cool to have Aria pregnant with Ezra's child though

Spoiler! Aria did not get pregnant, (well at least not in the books, we'll see for the show) but however, Emily did. While fooling around with her boyfriend, Issac, they end up having sex and Emily gives birth to a little girl. This is unknown to most of her family and over the summer, Emily gives up the little girl for adoption in Philadelphia.
