No, all Jonas brothers choose to abstain from smoking, drinking, drugs, etc.

The Jonas Brothers do not smoke. In order to keep their vocal cords and squeaky clean images up they cannot use tobacco. One of the brothers is diabetic so smoking would be worse for him.
