no one knows if sam likes Freddie truly but sam maybe liked him after they kissed because sam had a certain look after "the kiss" and that might conclude to sam liking him. if you want my opinion i would say yes.

well, the last two episodes about that were ikiss and itwins...in ikiss, they both wanted to kiss each other, and in itwins it was actually sams twin sister. The thing is, the veiwers(as the dirdector notices) they find it funny to watch sam and Freddie fight and pickj on each other. But that is a sign of relationship, and i definetly think they will, but i could be wrong.

It seems so. They share there first kiss in the episode ikiss (i belive it was called) Sam and Freddy do share there first kiss, then Sam kisses Freddy and admits she likes him. You will have to see if they date when the new episode iparty with victorious coming in June 2011.
