Because they haven't finished translating the wholething, maybe haven't even finished writing the American version and recording it, and there is a VERY long process to make it for us. just be patient and wait a little while longer.

Ouran HAS been released in English; the DVDs are out. You can find at least the first episode in English on GoogleVideo, but I don't think that the others have been uploaded. It is possible to find every episode with English subtitles, however, if you use GoogleVideo.
