Robert Pattinson is currently alive and well; he has not died in any movie to date.

Some of his character's have died however.

In 2004's Twilight, Robert Pattinson's character, Edward Cullen, is killed by his adopted father, Carlisle Cullen, in a 1918 flashback scene. Edward is technically dead for the entire movie (he is a vampire, after all), as well as in all four of The Twilight Saga sequels.

In 2005's Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Robert Pattinson's character, Cedric Diggory, is killed by Peter Petigrew.

In 2012's Cosmopolis, Robert Pattinson's character, Eric Packer, is seen with a gun to his head but there is no final shot so, technically, he is not killed in the movie. However, in the novel of the same name, Eric is murdered; the viewer is simply left to make up their own mind whether he was killed in the movie or not.
