Jail Time for Eminem
Marshall Mathers, III (aka Eminem) was arrested twice in June 2000 on gun charges in Michigan, and was hit in 2001 with probationary sentences in both cases, one in Royal Oak, the other in Warren (below you'll find mug shots from both those arrests). The rapper was nabbed by Warren cops for carrying a concealed weapon and assault after fighting with a man he saw kissing his estranged wife Kim outside of a club. He also got popped for brandishing a weapon during a parking lot beef with members of the rival rap outfit "Insane Clown Posse".

First of all, he never lit up the cop car.
Second, he did not have a gun with him when he beat up the bouncer that he saw kissing his wife. He got in a fight with him. You are right about the gun charges.
But he never went to jail, he got probation every time.

∙ 13y agoYes Eminem was in jail he was charged with to gun related charges one from pulling a gun on a fellow rapper which was The insane clown posse and another for pulling a gun on a Bouncer who he saw kissing who was his wife at the time Kim Mathers now Kim Scott.
