If it is safe to do so (no approaching traffic and/or traffic in intersection), move out of the way.

If not, prepare for the hit, as it is better to be hit, than to cause a collision (from an insurance/fault stand-point).
-Move into your set, and head against the head rest. This will help reduce any possible whip lash.
