in order so it can run... everyone should have a shop manual for their vehicle, and the library should have a professional shop manual(wiring diagrams and more detailed info) available in the reference section for FREE....make copies of the right sections, and fix it like a PRO!! good luck Dave :)
I never worry about the firing order numbering system that Cadillac uses. I use the more familiar modern Chevy numbering system. Left bank 1-3-5-7 and Right bank 2-4-6-8 Then the firing order is the same as Chevy except cylinders 4 and 7 are switched. 18736542

4.3 L V6 firing order is 1-6-5-4-3-2 Distributor rotates clockwise.
On your vehicle the firing order is 1-3-4-2

The Firing order is 1-3-2-4.
The firing order for a Lexus GS300 is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. This engine does not have a distributor cap.

The firing order for a 1985 Buick LeSabre 5.0L is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. This same firing order is used throughout the 1982-1985 Buick LeSabre's with a 5.0L engine.
