Time to dry depends very much on the viscosity of the glue used, and how far apart the glued surfaces are. With very thin super glue and smooth surfaces touching, it can be as fast as one second. Thicker glue will take up to 3-4 minutes..

If I used it in the evening I usually leave it overnight just to make sure it sticks well.

So lonly

Depends what you use it on. For sticking paper to paper, maybe 15 minutes or so. For wood it takes about 4 hours to fully cure to a hard joint.

Im not sure this is right...

If it is a small amount it takes a couple or seconds; a larger amount can take 5-10 minutes; an even larger amount can take 30 minutes to 1 hour.
