It can and does commonly, yes. In the case of Osteoarthritis, a glucosamine supplement daily can be a big help, but it doesn't work quickly - figure six months to a year, but the longer you use it the more helpful it is, trust me. For Rheumatoid arthritis, whatever your doctor prescribes is what will help most.

Nope. That is an age-old myth but it isn't true. When you "click" or "crack" your knuckles you are actually pulling bones apart, reducing the pressure in the synovial fluid and popping gas bubbles. So, no. As you age there is a still a risk of osteoarthritis but clicking your knuckles will not cause you to develop auto-immune diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis. But forewarned cracking your knuckles will cause loose tendons in your hands, soft tissue damage and lose your grip strength.

No, you cannot, although, if you do get aches and pains from popping your knuckles, you should consult a doctor. Popping your knuckles only basically can result in, is an annoyance.

Is clicking fingers bad?

No. Clicking your fingers is not harmful, does not misshape your fingers (unless you click them the wrong way or direction) and does not cause arthritis. However, it has been related to soft tissue damage around the joint and lower strength grip. So, although it will not cause arthritis, it may do damage to the tissue in the long run.
