I have a different opinion. I just watched that episode on Youtube (it's in Spanish with English subtitles, Episode 18) and they don't kiss. Chad does bet Sonny will fall in love with him. She DOES, but they don't kiss. They DO kiss in episode 22, where Sonny starts dreaming about Chad.
