A person might constantly find faults in a rapper because he hates the style of music, or more emotional such as hating gay people because of something that happened in someones past. A kid might find faults in a kid he hates at school because of a fist fight that happened between the two. ETC.
The definition of the word 'scold' as a verb is to find fault. The definition of 'scold' used as a noun would be a person who is constantly scolding, often with loud and abusive speech.
Generally, the person that was changing lanes would be at fault. It would be hard to find fault in the other driver if they were stationary in their lane.
A country that has exactly one person being born at the exact moment a person is dying constantly.

Transform boundaries
If you are a kind and generous person, do not find fault with any one and have compassion for your fellow creatures, including animals, you are they type of person that people would love to be around (including yours truly!) If you think that you are the opposite (which you are NOT of course) you will quickly learn what is better!
