It is important to assume proper posture while still young because once we become accustomed to it, we would not feel any pain when we grow up.
At our old ages, we would have a less chance of getting Osteoporosis.
Young as we are, we need to practice these habits so that it would not be hard for us to adjust our imperfections.

It is vital because if you dont have good posture you will have back pains when you get old, like my grandma. she had to get screws put in her spine because she had terrible back pain. she is still living today :)

You need a good posture at an early age because if you start your life with a horrible posture, then that horrible posture will follow you for the rest of your life. For example, at a young age, a girl might slouch. Her parents would continuously remind her to fix her posture but she refused to do so. Then, as she grew into a young woman, she still slouched over. However, this was not because she chose to do so, it was because it was now a habit that was impossible to get rid of.
