It is rather strange to begin with that you would have any interest in putting so many electric toothbrushes in a bath that you would cause the bath to overflow; it seems spectacularly pointless to do something like that. But I would also like to point out that you should never put any electrical device into a bathtub, since that can cause terrible electric shocks or electrocution of someone taking a bath. I would advise that you instead try to find out how many bowling balls it takes to make your bath overflow. That would be much safer. Although still pointless.
