A persons success in life is an opinion. If you set your goals higher than they are managable, they quickly become unorganized and are more difficult to achieve. Soe people are unnable to achieve higher goals and be "successful" because of many reasons. 1. Uneducation 2.lack of resources. 3. laziness. People tend to blame failure on bad luck or religion because they are ashamed to asmit that they were too lazy to actually try their best to accomplish a task.

You need to define what you mean by success. For some people successful is the business making some money to help pay some of the bills. For others it is for the business to earn enough so that they can retire to a life of luxury. For others it is successful if it helps people. Most successful internet businesses pick one system and keep following it. They become expert in what they do.
Why do people value helping others be successfu?
People value others be successful because they feel as if they had a positive effect on someones life. By helping others, they may gain self-confidence that they can also become successful because, in my opinion, it is harder to help someone become successful (in the case they lack self-confidence than it is to be successful. Some people value it because they ultimately gain pride and joy from seeing others become successful which may have the effect that the person who received help from others will, in return, help others to become successful as well.
