Human body's main organ of balance is located in internal ear. You have vestibular apparatus with three semicircular canals there. The semicircular canals are placed at right angles to each other.
The kidneys are the principle organ for maintaining salt and water balance. One of the functions of the kidneys is to control the water and salt balance in the body. That is why it is referred to as the main organ of homeostasis.
The inner ear is the main part of an organ that influence balance. Of course there are parts of the brain that governs balance. Also the toes helps us to keep our balance. If you bend your knees a bit you will find it easier to keep balance.
