It would probably depend on how fast you were moving your head and how you were walking. I would think walking in a tight circle and moving your head back and forth quickly, would make a person dizzy, at least.
If you are just chilling on a train and somebody is walking towards the back of the train while the train is moving forward they would have less speed relative to you.

I would say yes because it's good to walk when your pregnant. Walking when your pregnant will make the pregnancy smoother. I would do as much walking, with aide, as you feel up to for your situation.
