Get out of the water for starters. Other then that if the pool is properly maintained and you aren't suffering from a communicable illness there is nothing to worry about.
get out as fast as you can so blood don't get in the water and then you should go in the house if your at your own house pool or a friends house and go to the bathroom and tell your mom or your friends mom/ big sister/ friend. if your at a swimming pool that's public tell your mom or friends mom or whoever and maybe you will go home or go to the bathroom that's in the pool area if there is one.

∙ 12y agoWell most of the time it's really hard to tell. And water also prevents the blood from coming out, at least as a liquid. I had that experience and after I had gotten out and went to the changing rooms I saw that it was gel like and was only the size od a penny (not much came out). But I had a heavy period after that, so if you are having a light one nothing will come out. You should also notice how you don't bleed when you take a shower.
