Can't sleep? Here are some of the things that MIGHT help you goto sleep:1. Close your eyes and don't move

2. Count numbers up to 100 or more [until you can sleep]

3. Goto the livingroom and watch T.V

4. Goto the livingroom and maybe you can sleep on the sofa

5. Try to find a comfortable spot on your bed to sleep

6. Lay down on your bed and stare at the wall or ceiling

7. Take a notebook and write whats on your mind or what you want to be doing right now
