to the above User, Im sorry mate but this is really impossible to say only 2%. Check Hair lightness percentage maps of Europe alone. Around 80%+

Even taking the Minimum percentages for these areas we can see that its way more then 2%. Example: Europe has a populace of 600 million.

Scandanavia alone has around 25 million people alone and around 70% of these people are all blonde which is 17.5 million.

ok lets go to UK now. In the UK I'd say it looks like a solid 50/50 which is basically 30 million at least full of blondies. Jeez from two small regions we can pick up at least 50 million blondies living about. Germany is around 30% I'd say. It has lots of blondes and a high population. 80 million people. 30% are blonde which is 25 million nearly. Don't give me the bs that lots of Turks live in Germany its only 2 million out of 80 million idiots.

Now with those put up it gives up 80 million blondes, from 3 countries using very reasonable sources and calculations. Now we need to include Russia now.

The city of Leningrad alone has 4 million people. Include the outskirts, the Baltic states and Northern Poland. lets do it!

Baltic Countries --> 7 million people total. 80% blondes = 5.6 million lets round it to 5.5 to make it fairer and easier.

Kaliningrad Oblast has nearly 1 million pop, and danzig has around 500k. Lets just not include the other Pommeranian coastal pops and put these two 1.5 million! 1.2 Million!

So total Baltic pop

20 (russia has a pop of 150 million dude be reasonable) million for Russia+7 million for Balts, and 2 million for the other for the heck of it.

So it gives us 29 milion people in this region. And this is a underestimation. Leaves us at 21.6 round to 21. 5 BLONDE people in RUssia.

80+ 21.5+ = 101.5

Now that leaves us to 134 million that the above User stated. World pop is 6.7 million.

With the blondes in South America, North America, Turkey, rest of Europe, Australia, and South Africa I can predict that the real blond pop count is around 200-250 million people...
