If your sister-in-law is the sister of your spouse, her brother is the brother of your spouse and your brother-in-law. If you are a woman, and your sister-in-law is the sister of your husband, then her brother could also be your husband.
If your sister-in-law is the wife of your brother, then her brother is not related to you.

If your uncle married the sister of one of your parents, his wife's mother is your grandmother.
