If the compound is aqueous (or dissolved in water) then the chemical name is sulfuric acid. If it is in its gaseous form then it is hydrogen sulfate

H2SO2 is called hyposulfurous acid.

I do not believe this is a correct formula. H2SO3 would be sulfurous acid.
