You can purchase wipes at Best Buy and drug stores like CVS if you want to get a really nice clean screen. Using the cloth that comes with a nice pair of glasses like RayBans is very useful as well. I wouldn't spray anything on the phone itself though, especially if it doesn't have a thick layer of glass. If you can't get your hands on any of the items above, I'd simply get a small clean washcloth or paper towel of some kind, dampen it with a tiny bit of water, then gently wipe the screen in small circles.

power off your phone,
take a paper towel and slightly wet it, DO NOT soak it,
being wiping the surface and all around the phone,
you can also use cleaning products such as windex, but a very small amount.
then dry your phone with a soft towel.
