Over the whole continent hard to tell but a wind turbine is being installed at Scott base (New Zealand) because it has an average wind speed of 29 km/h. Vostok station (Russia) has 18 km/h. Mawson Station (Australia) averages 67 km/h the windiest place on earth.

+maxanderson I would like to add that based off of the entire Antarctic continent, not just these regions it would average around 160km/h. My previous answer was based off of specific stations.

Winds can speed up to 200 km/h which will obviously blow you over. But Antarctica doesn't really have much weather. So winds, blizzards and storms don't really happen often.
