The point values are based on your height and weight. The heavier you are the more points you are allowed. As your weight decreases, you reduce the number of points in order to continue losing weight.
For example:
How much you can lose depends on how much you have to lose. Weight watchers use charts for allowable weights vs lengths vs serving sizes, so if you follow the guidelines there's a limit for how thing WW will let you get.
Sticking with the WW plan will usually lead to a loss rate somewhere between 1-4 lb each week.
To become a Weight Watchers lifetime member, you must maintain your goal weight (set during your initial WW membership) for 6 weeks. This goal must be in the 20-25 BMI range for your height. A doctor can also write a note if they believe that a healthy weight for you would be outside of the BMI chart set forth by WW.
Well weight watchers dose work.
I lost 5O+ Pounds. in just 4-8 weeks :D
I think even lesser then that!

I highly recommend it for anyone looking to loss weight.
All I can say is that it works!
A pound a week after your initial weight loss is healthy
All people are different - it depends on your personal habits.
On average, you can expect to lose about 1-2 pounds a week on Weight Watchers, but it can vary. Extremely overweight people can expect to lose more than that.
Although it's not typical, I lost 5lbs in my first week...even without any exercise. The second week I was down 2.8lbs.
It's different for everyone.

Although the Weight Watchers Diet Plan is an excellent way to start loosing weight, it is not necessary to join the program to see results. Simply watching my calorie intake and working our could achieve the same type of results.
The Jenny Craig diet has been around for much longer than the Weight Watchers program which makes people, when they decide to get serious about losing weight, instantly go with the Jenny Craig program. All of the food is prepared for you at first and later on in the program some people decide to stick with, they'll begin to instruct you on how to prepare meals for yourself, showing you that you are in fact in control of all aspects of your life. The biggest difference between the two is simply the cost. The Jenny Craig diet will cost you around $65/week on average whereas the Weight Watchers online plan is only $14.95/month after paying a $29.95 registration fee at the start.
Yes, the program has been very successful and healthy. You are given a certain amount of points you can consume daily. The healthier the food is, the less points it is.
This question cannot be answered with just the starting weight. Weight Watchers points are calculated using present weight, gender, age, height, activity level and optionally if you're a nursing mother. To become a Weight Watchers member, a person weighing 125 pounds would have to be 5'5" or shorter and at 5'5" you would only have a maximum of 5 pounds to lose.
I think itwill take a year before you start losing weight or increasing in weight.

Weight Watchers has been proven to be beneficial to losing weight in a healthy manner that is based around lifestyle changes. These changes will help you improve your health in the long run. There is a newer program out there promoted by Self Magazine that uses many of the same principals as Weight Watchers that you could also check out.
yes they can but they have to have a parents signature and a doctors referral and goal weight

The best way to begin a Weight Watchers diet is to review your local phone book for locations in your area. Then you should set up an appointment for a consultation.
Either that plan isn't right for you or you are doing it wrong. Try cutting sugar out of your diet and foods that are high in fat.
Yes you will stop losing weight because you have lost too much and then will start GAINING weight if you work out too much.
It takes at last 3 days to start losing weight. But now a days dieting is not advisable. There are other exercises & diet change options which can help you losing weight. Thanks Ben www.tivamo.com
