Depending on how badly you are burned, go to the hospital.
However if you recently burned yourself put it under or soak it in cold water, but not freezing water!! Don't put ice on it because when you take it off it burns ten or more times worse!! It'll take a few days to recover depending on your body exactly. The skin will die and under it will grow back fresh skin and the old skin will peel and fall off.
