An adverse reaction, most likely dangerous. But, if you decided to take speed in the first place, that is dangerous in and of itself. Small amounts are OK, but large amounts can result in a heart attack. The feeling that nothing can hurt you may also lead you to preform dangerous stunts.

Alcohol is a depressant, and speed is a amphetamine, so it is a stimulant. To mix them both together is not the best idea if you don't want to get hurt. Also, because speed is illegal, you most likely should not have speed anyway. I am also assuming you are underage, considering your involvement with an illegal drug. But, if you are not taking speed or alcohol illegally, then I revoke my assumptions.

I am not saying that you should not mix speed and alcohol. I am just saying that it is against the law and unless you want to risk being sent to jail, I wouldn't recommend it. Also, you must also keep in mind that both in excess will lead to withdrawal. Alcohol hangovers include headaches, nausea, and an overall unpleasant feeling. Speed's withdrawal may include fatigue, anxiety, an intense craving for more, and an overall unpleasant feeling. The high may feel amazing, but it doesn't last unless you get more and more. If you become addicted, your whole life will begin to revolve around speed.

It is your choice.
