The station wanted her to cover the 5:00pm show and she disagreed. Shortly after, she left Fox 29. From my understanding, as an every day viewer, it was because of this. She already covered the 5:00am traffic news and did not want to do both. Neither she nor Fox 29 made any statements as to why she was leaving, but it seemed pretty obvious at the time.
