Gold clad (gold plated)
, I have a silver ring too which has a GC and we have no idea what it means. Where did you get yours from and what does it look like? -I got mine from inside a candle (they can be worth $10-$5,000) and they said a 14K stamp would be in it but mine has GC. It is a simple ring with a ok size diamond.
Doesn't it stand for gold content
says it on the back of my gold chain. I assume it stands for gold chain...
"14k gc 2" on jewelry typically indicates that the piece is made of 14-karat gold with a gold plating, where "gc" stands for "gold clad" or "gold filled." The "2" may refer to the method or thickness of the gold layer, suggesting a specific standard of durability. This means the jewelry has a base metal with a layer of gold applied to give it a gold appearance, but it is not solid gold.
GC
GC Club is short for Grand Chase Club.
