This dream's interpretation depends on your personal experience and opinions of frogs. If you think frogs are cute and delightful - perhaps having had pet frogs in childhood - then the dream expresses joy and delight about something wonderful and unexpected that has come into your life. But if you view frogs as disgusting and slimy, the dream illustrates your disgust and dismay over something awful in real life that seems to be "jumping" at you out of nowhere.

i am assuming that you meant to ask "What does it mean when a frog jumps on you?"

dreams are incredibly subjective. There is no solid answer. What seems normal to you may be odd for other people. Think of it this way. If you dreamed of a frog and you have a frog as a pet, it may seem normal to you. However if a person who has a fear of frogs dreams of one, they may be scared to death and figure the dream for a nightmare.

Only you can truly answer that question because no one but you knows what a frog means to you. Some people may even equate a frog to metamorphosis as a frog goes from a tadpole to a full fledged frog. Perhaps it signals a transformation in your life.

Again, no solid answer. Very subjective.
