Smooth muscle is another involuntary muscle you cannot control it, is found in the walls of the internal organs and blood vessels, made up of sheets of cells that are ideally shape to form a for organs such as digestive tract and reproductive tract and they make up internal organs, smooth muscles are generally spherical, it also contract slowly and can remained contracted for along period of time with out hiring, they have one nucleus

Smooth muscle is a type of muscle. Smooth muscle makes up most of the muscle in the organs such as the heart. Unlike skeletal muscle smooth muscles are not under direct voluntary control. Example we can't make are heart beat on by our self. We need a muscle the keeps the heart beating.
