The governments of Germany, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Rumania, Greece, Spain and Portugal all implemented their own forms of fascism between the 1920s and 1940s. Additionally, the governments of Japan, China, Brazil and Argentina during this era were heavily influenced by Italian fascism and German national-socialism.

Technically only one- Italy. However, other countries had governments that more or less resembled Italy's Fascism, and it's common to lump them all together.

Spain was ruled by the Falange, which was very similar to Fascism. Likewise, Japan's ruling clique bore some resemblance, as did Hitler's Nazi Germany, Antonescu's Romania, Salazar's Portugal, and Hungary under the Arrow Cross Party. This is only a partial list.
