Some cigarettes are worse than others, Marb reds are better compared to Newport's. I can't tell you which cigarettes out of all of them are the worst but I can tell you that little piece of information above. If you truly want to know, I suggest going on websites that deal with the brands you want to compare and see which have more chemicals and such in them. I know Newport's have fiber glass in them and cut your throat open. I don't suggest you continue smoking but it is a personal choice. Good luck with your possible research! Any smoke that is menthol because it not only tars your lungs but also crystallizes them as well.

Newport Menthol 100's the ones with the most tar, nicotine and carbon monoxide - on straights it should say on the side, or with hand rolled ones the more baccy you put in the harsher, therefore more harmful the smoke is

There are so many Brands its hard to tell.

However the higher the Tar, Nicotine and Carbon Monoxide levels the worse, there are so many Harmful Chemicals like carcinogens in cigarette smoke its ridiculous. but the higher the first three are, Generally speaking, The worse it is for you.

Every cigarette is bad for you. The label light, ultra light, 100's, kings are just names given for sales. All cigarettes contain, tar and chemicals that are harmful in the same way no matter which brand or type.

It's best not to smoke them at all, but you'll find strong cigarettes that aren't smooth wreck your throat. Roll ups that aren't properly filtered can also do some damage.
