AnswerIt's really fun, most of the time. You may feel really strong spiritual connection and enlightement, and huge amounts of creativity. You will think differently, and every little thing will seem just perfect even though they are the most deranging. You may want to laugh and cry at the same time - everything will be very intense. You may lose track of who you are and where you are, merge into other timeless beings, gods and goddesses, feel a sense of bounty and abundance about the whole universe. You may be able to see sound waves or touch them, feel their texture. You may also be taken completely into another universe... depending on the dose you take. AnswerLike nothing like you would expect... A huge sense of well being and an elevated mood... things appear distorted some times you see weird things... sometimes you don't... you will laugh and cry harder than you ever have and you will have a huge sense of enlightenment... type in LSD trip on YouTube (look for a vid saying "LSD visual effects" ihas a girl wearing sunglasses in the picture of the vid and the song sound like placebo.... when you have bald guy lying on a bed your there.... that's the closest thing i have seen to a trip on film)

LSD comes in several forms. Tabs of paper, liquid drops, sugar cubes, pills, or even powder.

When the blotter paper is placed on or underneath your tongue, the LSD begins to diffuse into your blood stream. The potency of the LSD becomes more distributed throughout your bloodstream and steadily begins to take effect within the first 20 minutes. More intense tripping begins within a half hour of ingestion with some feelings in the body often called a body high that resembles a tingling sensation. This is the proverbial tip of the iceberg though.

After about one to one and a half hours after ingestion visuals begin. Modern lsd effects can include visuals of objects distorting their shape, size and position in space. Things in everyday life that normally wouldn't fascinate you, can often seem incredible while high on LSD (Acid).

Stronger lsd can cause the subject to see colors that come in waves like an ocean. Often times, inanimate objects can come to life, and things that normally wouldn't make sounds, make sounds, and things that normally wouldn't look cool, look cool. It's virtually indescribable, and the only way to truly experience the amazing effects of Acid is to try it

The world through your eyes seems to be shown through a projector on an ocean. The resulting is a highly active visual experience. Another effect is a blurring of objects. You can see where a moving object was and where it is simultaneously.

Besides the visual effects are the effects lsd has on the brain and serotonin and dopamine. This can be technical so ask someone more knowledgeable but one of the effects of these interactions can be a great increase in mood. People under the influence of lsd commonly feel relaxed, happy and peaceful. The increase in seratonin levels in your brain cause a somewhat ecstatic mood, where laughing, smiling, and even dancing can become desirable.

Lsd has also been known to create fear in some who get anxious about the results of the drug. Since a dose hundreds of times greater than the dose taken recreationally is needed to die from overdose, many frightened individuals suffer mostly from fear itself and nothing worse may occur.

The duration of an lsd trip can last from four to twelve hours or more, directly related to dosage. Contrary to myth, lsd does not stay in the system in your back and therefore no one can get high on lsd by cracking their back... Although, flashbacks are common in past users. The chemicals in LSD take years to completely leave the body, and it is common to have minor 10-20 second flashbacks while doing an everyday activity. I, personally, experience flashback every once in a while, and actually think they are somewhat entertaining. Things start t distort, and even sometimes appear to be melting.

Although LSD is extremely potent, it is not the most powerful drug. DMT (Dimethyl tryptamine) causes far stronger hallucinations than other hallucinogens, even LSD. Hallucinogenically, a good dose of DMT is to LSD what LSD is to cannabis.

LSD is not considered physically addictive and does not have physical withdrawal symptoms. However, one may experience a desire of craving to do LSD again, as LSD may be psychologically addictive.

Because LSD is not physically addictive, there are no physical effects upon cessation of use. While generally not psychologically addictive, it is possible to experience relatively mild "cravings" when one stops using this substance, but these are typically easy to overcome.

What happens to someone when they try to stop using LSD?

"LSD is not physically addicting, and is quite unlikely to lead to psychological addiction in most people. Withdrawal effects following discontinuation have not been reported. As with most substances, a few people have reported becoming mentally habituated to LSD. There is a short period of tolerance after use. Using LSD two days in a row is likely to lead to a diminished experience the second day, though spaced 3 or more days apart, this effect is nearly non-existent."Taken from Erowid.orgSo, pretty much nothing.
