Can a registered nurse in the Philippines work as Certified Nursing Assistant in Washington?

Yes, by all means. But my question to you is --- WHY? If you are already an RN in the Philippines, I would presume you graduated from BSN. Here in the US, the requirements to get the CNA certification exam is a High School diploma and a 20-day training! As a Nurse, you can always take the qualifying exams given by the US to qualify you to work here as a Registered Nurse. CNA's are basically the same as caregivers. The only difference is the certification which enables CNA's to work for hospitals - which caregivers cannot do.
