pressure is essentilly bp at sea level
The barometric pressure of the air at the center, or eye, of the hurricane. Some of the lowest barometric pressures ever recorded have occured in the eyes of hurricanes. The lowest barometric pressure ever recorded on earth was recorded at the center of the "Labor Day Hurricane" of 1935 which struck the Florida Keys.
Hi Falling barometric pressure means the atmosphere at the barometer is becoming less heavy. It also generally means a storm of some sort is coming with inclement weather. Here's a link to use for using a barometer and clouds to forecast the weather: http://web2.iadfw.net/danb1/clouds.htm
Some say that the barometric pressure effects children by causing them to be especially wild, fidgety, irritable, aggressive and moody. It also seems to make them do more whining, have more aggressive play, and cause kids to concentrate less on tasks.
Low pressure. Nearly all storms on earth have low barometric pressure. Hurricanes hold some of the record for low pressure
A barometer is a tool used to measure atmospheric pressure. Storms are preceded by a drop in atmospheric pressure. This change can cause joints to swell due to the decrease in pressure on them. This can be painful, especially in arthritic joints.
Changes in barometric pressure can trigger migraines in some people. Of people that are triggered by barometric pressure changes, some people may be triggered by very small barometric changes, some people will need a large shift in pressure to happen over a very short amount of time.

Changes is barometric pressure have long been suspected of causing labor in pregnant women. Many scientific studies have been conducted showing that the drop in pressure before and during a storm actually "tugs" or creates a suction on the amniotic sac and can persuade it to rupture. Although some studies argue that drops in pressure have no correlation to the onset of labor in very pregnant women, I personally have experienced the onset of labor with both of my children that were no doubt due to a storm that blew in and a change in the barometric pressure.
Migraines are triggered by things that change the physiology of the body. Anything that can create changes within the body may trigger a Migraine. Barometric pressure that is too high may create changes that trigger a Migraine attack for some patients. For others a low pressure may trigger the attack. Still others are triggered by the change of pressure.

It depends on what you mean by change. If your mean "Does the pressure swing from lows like 28 inches mercury (severe low) to 32 inches mercury (severe high)?" then the answer would be yes. This sort of shift is what causes most severe weather disturbances, such as lines of thunderheads. The collision of a high pressure and low pressure area cause strong winds, usually some precipitation, and even tornados and other severe weather. If, however, you mean "Is the barometric pressure constant most of the time?" then the answer would be no. The barometric pressure has constant small fluctuations, based on a number of factors.
