For most people it starts in the mid sixties. I think as we age we tend to sit down more than before and the balance thing just goes with it. Remember as a kid when we would walk the curb or play hopscotch or something all the time that kept our balance skills in practice? I'm not recommending walking the curb or jumping rope for elders but there are things we can do to keep in practice. Give it some thought.
