With parental permission, any age the parents will allow it. Parents are responsible for their children until they reach the age of majority. This is 18 in most states and countries around the world. The responsibility includes determining where the child should live.

You can move out at age 16. As long as when you leave the house you do not break anything or yell. You can just tell your parents your moving out. they cant do anything about it. i promise you that i did it. and i got an apt with my bf and parents cant do a dam thing about it. As long as you stay clean and go to school
