I believe that would be Saint Luke. Throughout The Bible you will find people referred to by one name. That is not just a Bibilical practise. In older times and in some Eastern countries you were known by a name and your Father's name. Sometimes they used a place to distinguish who/where they were from. For example, Saul was called Saul of Tarsus. So, Luke is only referred to as Luke. "Saint" or "Apostle" is an office title.

Luke was a Greek convert to Christianity and it is thought he had been a gentile and not a Jew and was a disciple of St. Paul. He is thought to have died about the year 74 AD at the age of 84 or natural causes.
